Badminton is more than just a sport — it is Malaysia's identity on the world stage. At pokerac99, you can back your favourite players with live bets on every major match, from the Thomas Cup to the All England.
Ask any Malaysian which sport is closest to their heart, and most will answer badminton without a second thought. We have a rich history in this sport — from the legendary Sidek brothers who shook the world stage, to the Lee Chong Wei era that made the nation proud for over a decade, and now a new generation including Lee Zii Jia, Aaron Chia, and Soh Wooi Yik carrying that legacy forward. For Malaysians, badminton is not just a sport — it is part of who we are.
At pokerac99, we understand how deeply badminton is woven into Malaysian life. That's why we offer the most comprehensive badminton betting coverage among online sports betting platforms in Malaysia. From lower-tier BWF Super Series matches all the way to the prestigious Thomas Cup and Uber Cup finals, pokerac99 makes sure you never miss a chance to back your favourite team or player in a more meaningful way — with real money on the line.
What sets badminton betting at pokerac99 apart is the depth of markets available for every match — it goes far beyond a simple win or lose. pokerac99 offers over 50 betting markets per major match, including game handicap, set handicap, total points (over/under), individual set winners, whether the match will go to a third set, and much more. This means you can place bets based on genuine analysis and in-depth knowledge of the game, rather than just guessing the final result.
Live in-play betting is one of the most popular features in the pokerac99 badminton section. While a match is ongoing, odds are updated in real time based on what is happening on court. Imagine you're watching a Thomas Cup match and the Malaysian player you're backing has just dropped the first set — the odds for them to win the match will shift upward, giving you the chance to get in at better value before they come back in the second set. This is the art of live betting, and it's what makes it so thrilling.
Pokerac99 streams all major badminton matches live via video — no need to switch to another channel. The stream is available directly within the pokerac99 betting interface, so you can watch and place bets at the same time from a single screen. Streaming quality is optimised for Malaysian internet connections, including mobile 4G networks, so your viewing experience stays uninterrupted even when you're on the go.
For Malaysian players trying badminton betting for the first time, pokerac99 is the ideal place to start. The minimum deposit is just RM 10 — perfect for those who want to try it out with a small stake. The pokerac99 betting interface is clean and straightforward, and the Bahasa Malaysia support team is on hand to help if you have questions about reading odds, placing bets, or understanding more complex markets like Asian Handicap.
Badminton has several unique characteristics that make it particularly compelling from a betting perspective. First, it is a highly unpredictable sport — lower-ranked players frequently upset higher-ranked opponents, especially in a best-of-three-set format. This means the odds offered for the underdog often represent excellent value for bettors who have a solid understanding of what each player is truly capable of.
Secondly, Malaysian badminton has remarkable player depth right now. Lee Zii Jia gets the most attention, but Malaysia also has Aaron Chia and Soh Wooi Yik in men's doubles, who consistently rank among the world's top eight. In mixed doubles, Chen Tang Jie and Peck Yen Wei continue to push for greater success. With so many Malaysian players competing at the top of the world game simultaneously, there is almost always a match involving a home player every week — and every one of those matches is available to bet on at pokerac99.
Third, Malaysian badminton clubs and fans are among the most knowledgeable in the world. We know the history, statistics, head-to-head records, and playing styles of each player in exceptional depth. This knowledge is an invaluable edge when making betting decisions — and pokerac99 provides the platform to turn that knowledge into winnings.
Pokerac99 also ensures that badminton betting winnings are paid out quickly and transparently. Once a match concludes and the result is confirmed, winnings are automatically credited to your account balance. Withdrawals to Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, or your bank can be processed in under 5 minutes. No lengthy procedures, no unnecessary back-and-forth — just fast, accurate payouts.

One thing Malaysian badminton fans frequently mention when they start betting at pokerac99 is how well the platform understands the sport. Tournament coverage is not limited to headline matches — we also offer markets for early rounds, qualifying matches, and doubles categories that other platforms tend to overlook. This matters because many players have deep knowledge of Malaysia's doubles disciplines and want to put that knowledge to good use.
The odds offered by pokerac99 for badminton are among the most competitive in the Malaysian market. We keep our margins low — which means the return on every winning bet is higher compared to other platforms that charge margins of 10% or more. If you bet regularly, this difference in margins can become very significant over the long run.
The Cash Out feature available in the pokerac99 betting section is especially useful for badminton betting. If a match is underway and you can see things aren't going in your favour, you can choose to cash out — recovering a portion of your stake before the match concludes. This gives you greater control over your risk. On the other hand, if things are looking good, you can let the bet ride for the full payout. This flexibility is something experienced badminton bettors really appreciate.
Pokerac99 also provides live in-match statistics as games are in progress — including the current set score, latest service points, head-to-head records between the two players, recent results over the last several matches, and current form analysis. All of this is available in a single, clean and easy-to-read dashboard, helping you make sharper betting decisions based on real data.
For Malaysian badminton fans who follow the Thomas Cup and Uber Cup with passion, pokerac99 offers special betting packages during these tournament peaks. These include enhanced odds on Malaysia's matches, exclusive deposit bonuses during tournament week, and additional reward promotions for winning bets on Malaysian team matches. We know how much these tournaments mean to Malaysian fans, and we want to share in that excitement with you.
Badminton betting at pokerac99 is also fully accessible on mobile. The platform is optimised for both iOS and Android — no app download required, everything runs through your phone's web browser. This means you can follow matches and place bets on the LRT, during your lunch break, or wherever you happen to be. Match notifications can also be enabled so you never miss an important game.
A love of badminton is something millions of Malaysians share. pokerac99 is not here to change how you enjoy the sport — we are here to add a new dimension to that experience. When Lee Zii Jia defeats a higher-ranked opponent, the satisfaction you feel goes beyond being a fan. You are also someone who believed, backed that belief, and was rewarded for it. That is the experience pokerac99 brings to every Malaysian badminton fan.
Betting is meant to add excitement to watching badminton — not to be used as a primary source of income. Set a clear budget limit and never chase your losses. You must be 18 years of age or older.
